Online Purchases (In-Store Pick Up)
If you need to return an item or items you have purchased online for in-store pickup, please bring the items back to the store you picked them up from with your receipt/invoice order (either printed or on your smart device) The items need to be in new condition with their original undamaged packaging within 60 days of purchase.
Online Purchases (Shipped items)
If you need to return an item or items that were shipped to you, please use the return label provided in your received package, and drop the box off at any UPS store. All merchandise must be in new condition with the original packaging. If you are returning any clothing or boots, please make sure that all the tags are included in the box. Returns must be within the 60-day return window with a receipt for a refund. Damaged or obviously used packages will not be accepted for a return/refund.
