Online Orders
You can! However, timing on cancelations can be tricky, so we only handle them over the phone. If you've ordered something you didn't mean to, give us a call—we'll synch up with our warehouse to ensure you get your refund and that your canceled order stays stocked on our shelves.
To change your delivery preferences, log into your user portal, navigate to your user portal home, and click 'Edit Account Settings.' Once you're in your account settings editing page, you can adjust all your account defaults—including your delivery preferences.
Order Pickup
Shipton's Big R employees will set pickup orders aside at the location you're currently shopping at on the website. Be sure that the store you've selected while browsing is the store closest to you.
We can typically have online orders ready for pick up the day after you place your order. However, if a product is out of stock or staffing is low, your pickup time may be closer to 5-7 days.

Online Purchases (In-Store Pick Up)
If you need to return an item or items you have purchased online for in-store pickup, please bring the items back to the store you picked them up from with your receipt/invoice order (either printed or on your smart device) The items need to be in new condition with their original undamaged packaging within 60 days of purchase.
Online Purchases (Shipped items)
If you need to return an item or items that were shipped to you, please use the return label provided in your received package, and drop the box off at any UPS store. All merchandise must be in new condition with the original packaging. If you are returning any clothing or boots, please make sure that all the tags are included in the box. Returns must be within the 60-day return window with a receipt for a refund. Damaged or obviously used packages will not be accepted for a return/refund.
