Return Policy

We stand behind our products and we want you to love your purchase! In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied, listed below are our return policies.

Purchases In-Store
In-store purchases can be returned within 60 days from purchase date with your Shipton’s Big R sales receipt. Items must be in new condition with the original undamaged packaging.

Non-returnable items:
  • Firearms, ammo, reloading items
  • Power equipment. Our professional power equipment staff will service and repair

OnlinePurchases (In-Store Pick Up)
If you need to return an item or items you have purchased online for in-store pickup, please bring the items back to the store you picked them up from with your receipt/invoice order (either printed or on your smart device) The items need to be in new condition with their original undamaged packaging within 60 days of purchase.

OnlinePurchases (Shipped items)
If you need to return an item or items that were shipped to you, please use the return label provided in your received package, and drop the box off at any UPS store. All merchandise must be in new condition with the original packaging. If you are returning any clothing or boots, please make sure that all the tags are included in the box.  Returns must be within the 60 day return window with a receipt for a refund. Damaged or obviously used packages will not be accepted for a return/refund.

We cannot do exchanges with items that were purchased and shipped to you at this time. If you want to exchange an item you purchased online, you will need to contact Your Store’s manager and first return the item, and then place a new order for the exchange. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the new item to you.
